Mego, but not! EMCE Toys holds a lot of the molds and other goodies from the old Mego toy lines, so companies like Bif Bang Pow! go to them for the skinny on stuff. (This is no trade secret, you'll see shout-outs to EMCE Toys on a number of current retro Mego-style packaging.)
In addition to some cool customs, the neatest thing on display at their booth was a Create Your Own Zombie kit. Three bodies, multiple heads, and all sorts of gear to customize your own Zombie figures. They're doing some nice work, so do check it out!
