Vaguely dirty toys were increasingly common in the late 1990s, particularly when Disney was involved. Mattel had its infamous "Rad Repeating Tarzan" which seemed to exist solely to give absolutely no new meaning to the phrase "spanking the monkey," while this McDonalds Happy Meal Hamm figure gets excited when you squeeze him. Real excited.
The action feature (see additional images below) is the reason you want this toy. Squeeze him, and the cork extends. You may have dated people with similar action features on their person. The pink figure has some black detailing painted on his person, and while it's hard to photograph, he's got this perfect quizzical look on his face. It's a cross between befuddlement and innocence. You know, like he's going to get some action or something.
I really should have written this up back when it first hit, but hey, I was busy. Nowadays you can get it fairly cheaply, but I'm not sure of the notion of a Hamm figure which is happy to see you is worth premium prices for shipping. If you see it at a flea market for a buck or two, though, I highly advise you to buy it. It's fun for a few minutes, and then you can pass it along to a friend. As slotted pig toys go, this is one of my favorites.
