A different orange! The December 2015 Stowaway Crayboth was a freebie in my box (thank you!) and as such, is not for sale. It's similar to the Sunstorm color (that I don't have) but I have no idea if it's an unpainted version of that figure, or a differentish shade of orange we'll see return in a new drop. After missing a few promo Crayboth and and a drop or two, I'm no longer all-in on the little guys but I was happy to get this one (and a few others I sprang for) in this particular box.
The metallic orange is gorgeous. It's shiny, the brights are bright and the shadows are shadowy. You get to see a lot more detail without the use of any paint, which is pretty spectacular when it works. I hope to see this color deployed on the new Glyarmor figure, because it'd look more than a bit like Samus from Metroid. The figure is the same as always - 4 points of articulation, each limb pops off. You can swap 'em with other Glyos figures, you know the drill by now
It's neat! I don't have much to say about it, mostly because here it is and at this point you're just tracking down new colors of plastic. I'd love to see this on other figures - Outer Space Men people should do a figure or two in this color, if you people are reading - make it happen.
