To Battle, We Beasts! After a very long ramp-up and absolute radio silence, the line will continue! Battle Beasts were shown with a handful of new figures including the Maori Shark, a cow, another bat, and a bird inspired by DC's Robin for starters! No release date was displayed for the new guys.

In addition to the pictures at the booth, two promotional figures were shown. Hot Wings Merk was distributed at eatery/bar Taste and Thirst which hosted a pretty good party with bowls of free Minimates and, early on, some really excellent hot wings in various colors. This is the red/orange one - a nice lady walked around the party and handed them out to people, I don't know how many were distributed (or how they were handed out) after the first night. The booth distributed a limited number of Shadow Merk, a clear purple version of the figure.
