Probably more inspired by the original toy than any other PVC, Powermaster Optimus Prime looks like a giant brick.
Powermaster Optimus Prime is posable at the neck, shoulders, wrists, and knees. He has two cannons which move, a backpack that kind of moves, and some truck components on his legs that move, but really don't move much.
Depending on which market you're in, this could be one of two different characters. In the USA, it's Powermaster Optimus Prime. In Japan, it's Super Ginrai, a component of God Ginrai before he dons his other accessories.
The figure looks like and pretty much is a giant brick. The figure doesn't look particularly dynamic, and well, he basically just looks like a souped-up Optimus Prime or a downgraded God Ginrai. It doesn't offer much new.
The clear version of the figure is the same figure with no paint except for small white Autobot/Cybertron logos.
