Female Police Officer Keychain
Playmobil Set 4915 Review Capsule |
Often sold through mail-order, the Playmobil Fun Parks, and a few speciality stores, the Keychains are basically a small, cheap way to hold your keys. Aside from the hat and hair being glued down, it's basically the same as a normal figure with a keychain in its head. $3 or so if you can find one in normal channels, or free if you attended Toy Fair in New York. |
Introduction
The Female Police Officer is a nicely designed blue suited figure. She's jointed in all the usual spots and sports a key ring. Other than that, she's not much new.
Figure
Like a lot of Playmobil figures, there's not a lot to the sculpt but the character is defined by his paint and accessories.
The amount of decoration on this figure is above par, and she has a "tie" piece added on for good measure. You can see makeup on her eyes and cheeks as well as the necessary markings on her shoulder. There isn't as much decoration on this figure as, say, the Easter Egg Pirate of 2004, but there's still a lot to like.
Keychain fans are sure to want to track one of these down.
Accessories
There are no removable accessories for this figure.
Packaging
This unidentified figure comes in an unmarked bag.
There is no name or product number listed to help you identify the figure. (Prior to getting a good look at it out of the bag, we assumed it was a female airline pilot.)
Fin
If you can score one of these cheap and need a keychain or something to hang from a backpack, it's definitely worth snagging. As the key ring elements make it difficult for her to fit in with the rest of your Playmobil toys, it may not be worth getting her to flesh out a diorama unless you have something with which to cut metal. A neat piece, surely, just not one that all fans are going to want.
