Back in the Big Apple
Having skipped 2024 and dodged an attempted to move the event to New Orleans, we're going back to New York City! A lot will change this time - some big companies like Playmobil, McFarlane Toys, and Jakks Pacific will be skipping the show. Mattel won't be in its usual Crystal Palace location. Hasbro will be in the Jacob Javits Convention Center, instead of off-site at a location like the New York Times building. It's even possible some other companies won't be showing due to what has been, to put it mildly, a tumultuous winter.
I hope to share some snapshots from around the show in what is increasingly a handy diary of reference for me, and if you see it too, well, I hope you enjoy. And I hope I don't get food poisoning this time.
