The rest of Mattel! While rumors abound of Star Wars coming to El Segundo, nothing was on display and I didn't overhear or see anything. (I'm not being coy, I seriously saw and heard jack and squat.) New Star Trek-themed nostalgia cars were shown, and new versions of the Enterprise are said to be en route. Elite fans can expect new Tumblers, DeLoreans, the classic Batmobile, and even K.A.R.R. to add to their garages, provided they have the space and cash. The Batmobile was particularly striking as it included small non-articulated driver figures of Batman and Robin.

The coolest thing for the tiny tots wasn't shown at this press event. The massive Imaginext Supernova Battle Rover is the size of a modest coffee table, and is filled with bells and whistles - and figures - and vehicles to keep kids busy for days. For those wanting to relive the era of massive, iconic, legendary toys like the Defiant Shuttle Complex or Fortress Maximus, this is it. There are other space toys coming, including some smaller ones below. Mark my words - the Rover is the king toy for the year in terms of raw girth. This is the toy parents will buy just to show how much more they love their kids than your parents loved you.
It looks like blind bags are getting a vampire, a punk, and a zombie. Imaginext Spongebob Squarepants will add Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy. DC will add Nightwing, a new Killer Croc, and Deathstroke.
