I started hearing (and using) the neologism "prepaint" almost 20 years ago. The idea was that a toy company makes an action figure, but does the "variant" first - if an orange Clone Trooper is in your movie, you make a made-for-toys purple one first so people buy it as a new mold, and then buy it again as a movie version. That's how I see Bumblebee Vehicle Glittering from Blokees, because it's sort of the Animated car mode, but cast in clear yellow instead of opaque yellow. The demand for a normal yellow Bumblebee still exists (and may have increased), but people are buying and enjoying this one. The same can be said for many toys in this series - Blokees is in no danger of running out of main characters since they started with the repaint.

Bumblebee Vehicle Glittering is a 1 3/4-inch long toy vehicle. The wheels seem very similar (if not identical) to the parts in other small vehicle modes, making it roughly the same size as the Mattel Hot Wheels HW Screen Time Transformers Bumblebee [FOTD #2,742], but it costs more and it's a kit. Which one is better? It depends on your tastes and desired functionality.
In a world where Hot Wheels cars for $1.25 don't exist, the Blokees car is a really amazing thing! The wheels don't really roll at all - maybe if you file down the axles, but even then, it's not going to be great - but there's an articulated cannon on top. The clear chassis lets you see inside the car, and there's a painted windshield and stripe on the top. While not glittering, the vehicle mode is crystal clear and incredibly glossy. I wonder how it might look when it ages, as clear plastic is something that doesn't always hold up to the decades. Granted, neither will G1 fans at their current age.
As someone who was obsessed with super-deformed Tomy pull-back Zoids that I never got as a kid, this Bumblebee feels like something we all should have seen in a bin as a kid. Minus, of course, the multi-colored printed windshield, which is a very nice modern touch.

This is not a great toy, but it's a very good collectible figure. Back in the 1990s, $3 is what you would pay for an unarticulated PVC figure. You could also get a wind-up Zoids get for about $6. Inflation is real, so a car with non-spinning wheels for $3 feels like a pretty decent item in the modern collectible world. The robot figures are a much better product for the price, and if you buy the entire case it's a pretty decent overall buy.
