I ordered the Glow Vector Jump (Armor Kit) back in 2017 not realizing it wasn't a full figure - oopsies. I would later place the armor on a green Lime Material Boy that I got with the Mikros Regen Capsule [FOTD #2,114] earlier that year. It's a good fit, don't you think? If you didn't have a spare Knight of the Slice in glow handy, you can put this glow armor on pretty much any of those basic figure bodies.

Is it worth it? I think so. I shot this suite of pictures in June 2019, so... better late than never? I assure you, it was sold out by then anyway.

As glow in the dark plastic absorbs light, it also makes it hard to see the level of detail on the figure. It's covered in pouches, plates, and vents. A backpack has an antenna, reminding one a bit of the Hoth and Endor Rebel gear from Star Wars. The back of the helmet - and other parts - have subtle pizza motifs in them. You can pop open the backpack lid for greeblies and maybe even storage of some small accessory. It drastically changes the appearance of a basic figure, as you probably know, because you probably got a painted version of this figure like the Onell Design Glyos Vector Jump Outpost Odesskar [FOTD #1,651] which also came out in 2017. Unless you're a glow-only collector, I strongly recommend getting a painted or opaque version of this figure first. After that, the glow one is also quite nice.

The roughly 4-inch warrior has beefy boots and powered wrists, with a right hand designed to hold an accessory. None are included, so go steal one. The design looks like a cross between Japanese 1980s modeling mooks, American action figures, and some sort of sentai thing. It's kind of a shame that the glow armor isn't something you can buy right now - preferably with a glow figure - because I bet Jesse DeStasio over at Toy Pizza would blow through them. It's bright and distinctive, plus the kind of thing a lot of people just plain missed.
Now that these parts are a whopping nine years old - where has the time gone? - I can safely say they look good years later. And that you can't buy them, because there are none to be had on eBay as of my writing this. All the more reason to do another run, right? Anyway, if you can find any of his glow figures? Buy 'em. They're neat.
