A nice little pastiche of the legendary Halloween episodes of The Simpsons, The Treehouse Of Horror Giftset is one of the nicest exclusive sets to be offered in some time.
The Treehouse Of Horror Giftset comes with four talking figures, and some semi-removable pieces.
The playset looks nothing short of fantastic. From the gates of the cemetary and little sculpted tombstones to the sculpted Krusty doll and the non-removable Gremlin, the playset has no shortcomings. Except for its inability to interact with any other figures and its relatively small size... if it could allow for all four figures to stand on it at once, it would easily earn higher praise.
Some costs were cut with the inclusion of a cardboard background instead of a plastic one. While some use this to dismiss the set as a cheap product, we liked it as it reminded us of some older sets sold for Star Wars and other toy lines. Due to the unusual nature of this toy's packaging and assembly, we also included some extra, larger pictures on a separate page.
Additional pics available via the box below the image. Please allow for some loading time. Please take note that some images were altered slightly in order to show detail which that would be otherwise lost. See our "Bart (The Fly)," "Mr. Burns (Dracula)," "Flanders (Devil)," and "Homer (King Kong)" entries for additional images of the figures.
Except for Bart (The Fly), none of the figures have any copyright info sculpted on them.
