The bootlicking and toadying of Smithers has been a hallmark of Mr. Burns' appearances, and his figure provided an appropriate representation of the character.
Smithers comes with two accessories (picture, clipboard) and has four points of articulation. His glasses are removable.
The sculpt of the figure is excellent. There's not much in the way of dynamic sculpting here, but the figure is clean, painted well, and posed in a manner befitting the character. More articulation would always be nice, but odds are the figure's look would be hurt if such a change were to happen. Plus he looks really great just standing next to Mr. Burns.
The accessories are nothing to scream about. The clipboard is the same as Principal Skinner's, except for a new label. The picture frame has a portrait of Mr. Burns, a label of course, hinting that this just might be re-used for some other purpose in the future.
