EXTERMINATE! With some items behind locked doors and others in plain view, it's obvious that Underground Toys is bent on making sure Doctor Who has a stellar year. Numerous samples were on display including the Adipose stress toy, a nice TARDIS Cookie Jar, numerous action figure boxed sets, and a killer line I can't discuss at this time. It's going to be an exciting year if this is your thing.
Underground also has a pretty extensive catalog of other lines it will be distributing, like Talking Star Wars Plush. The Cantina Band Member plays some of the famous song from the bar, and characters like C-3PO and Darth Maul get a few lines from the films. There's also a giant plush Chewbacca that should be coming to the states this year, so really, there's no shortage of huggable goodness. There are even tiny plush clip-ons!
Numerous items from Ghostbusters based on Slimer and Mr. Stay-Puft were on deck, and a smattering of Top Gear collectibles and gifts were under a counter. A keen eye could dig up LittleBigPlanet figures under another counter, and a series of Australian Family Guy PVC figures that look to be close to 3 3/4-inch scale. These guys are keeping busy in 2011!
