Can you tell us how Agent Trakker found his way into G.I. Joe a few years ago? He was a welcome addition, is there a fun tale here?

This will be made clear in our publishing efforts. For now it will remain a mystery!

Are there any particularly fun figures or vehicles the team wants to update, but due to other team members (or the needs of the market) they have been ignored?

We never ignore team members' ideas, but we have to select what we view as the best figures and vehicles based on the market and our item count for the line.

Question #3

How does the team determine when a figure gets an intentional variant/redeco?

This is typically based on our allotted item count. In a company with as many great brands as Hasbro, the number of items produced each year is strategically determined by a larger team. We would always love to get additional item count for more redecos or more new figures but have to work within our given quantity.
