Robots in Disguise - Cartoon

A Bludgeon-like toy supposedly named Blastwave is potentially a Warrior-class toy, and he's joined by a white Drift as well as a jet potentially named Stormshot. New Mini-Cons and "Combiner Force" toys were shown, bringing us new versions of Sideswipe, Bumblebee, Strongarm, and likely more - but there were no sign of the Weaponizers Mini-Cons shown at Toy Fair that still haven't made it out.

The Last Knight - Movie

A new "prop replica" helmet was announced with over 20 sounds from the franchise and is due next year from Hasbro. It's similar to Hasbro's popular Marvel Legends and The Black Series helmet replicas.

Rumors have been swirling for months, and the show will be in September within walking distance of the Omni Hotel, at Dunkin Donuts Center. There's a decent mall nearby with a movie theater, food, pants, and all the things you'll usually want to kill time or hide accidents at a show. The show will focus on Transformers, Nerf, Magic: The Gathering, My Little Pony, and other Hasbro brands - no mention of Star Wars, Disney, or Marvel was to be found in the linked press release.

While not called out in the press release, reports are also swirling of a new Transformers fan club coming in 2017.

According to a leaked price list the playsets topped out around 90 Euro, and a press release says to expect them next summer. They seem to be primarily focused on the first movie, with a few nods to the cartoon and the sequel. Luis and Janine appear in street clothes and Ghostbusters uniforms. Sets include Zuul, terror dogs, a fire house, the Ecto-1, the Marshmallow Man, and a hot dog cart. With Slimer. It's almost criminal. We saw a few NHL sets this year, but this? This is a bigger deal.

Despite some comments that these are new movie figures, they aren't. The lady Ghostbuster is Janine. The black one is most likely Winston - he's got a mustache. I see no signs of any of the new movie in here, and a little bit of the colors seem off - so maybe it's just a prototype set using existing hair pieces and such. Maybe not. We'll probably know for sure come Toy Fair 2017. I will be there. We're also hearing How To Train Your Dragon Playmobil sets are leaking - but I'm not seeing them yet.
