In addition to the already-released Cyberverse Evac, Universal Studios Transformers Exclusives were posted to Facebook. (Because "official sites" are so 1997.) Toys include deluxe Optimus Prime, Bumblebee, and Evac, with Evac probably being the one you want.
This week's batch on the DSi Ware Shop: 99 Seconds at $1.99. It's a weird, retro-ish game which reminds me vaguely of Cosmic Chasm for Vectrex meets Robotron meets the last part of Life Force. It's nifty!
Also up for the Nintendo 3DS: Rayman, a $4.99 virtual console game from the GameBoy Color. Run! Jump! Have fun!

Seemingly new to this shot, a Kangaroo, Panda, and Cat. The level of detail is pretty good, and the paint job is surprisingly realistic for the critter components.
Transformers Fortress Maximus Getting Mini Treatment
New from Kabaya! Fortress Maximus is coming to the Kabaya line of miniature remakes, and will be sold in pieces with other tiny Autobots. Cool! If you held off on the various knock-offs, this might be just the thing for you. AmiAmi has more... in Japanese, so good luck.
New from Neca: None More '80s: NECA's Glow-in-the-Dark Robocop is Toys R Us Exclusive is so astonishingly delightful, words cannot express. Look at Neca's quasi-Kenner logo, and the late-1980s packaging. It's beautiful, man. Kudos to Neca for paying tribute to the so-bad-it's-good side of those classic licenses.

Revoltech Spider-Man Pays Tribute to Raimi's Movies
It's new: Spider-Man Revoltech Sci-Fi 039 has been announced and looks a lot like the better Toy Biz releases! Except, of course, these have the Revoltech joints. At $60, it's also somewhat expensive.

It's time for another sneak peek! He-Man.org posted Dragon Blaster Skeletor which means Thunder Punch He-Man will have his match soon enough. He's the third quarterly figure, which I assume means September-ish but I have no idea.
"Reignite your inner fighter and prepare for the ultimate showdown! Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown is the definitive version of the Virtua Fighter 5 series that incorporates all the enhancements SEGA has rolled out since 2007 with some brand new features."
Rounding out the week at $10/800 points is Bang Bang Racing which, like Virtua Fighter, debuted on the PS3 earlier in the week.

From the past! Hasbro Transformers Animated Bulkhead Action Figure is a delightful toy if a little small relative to what people were hoping for at the time. I like it! So read on, read our Star Wars one too, and come back soon for more!
Check it out! Beast Saga Video with CG Animation has what it says. The figures are shown as animated characters and the narration is, surprisingly, in English in this new sizzle from Takaratomy's Japanese web site. I wouldn't read too much into it but it is a fun little tease of the toy line due in Japanese stores around September.
Well, isn't that nice! The 30th Anniversary of Masters of the Universe will net us the Masters of the Universe Blu-Ray come October 2, although there is no word on which (if any) features will be included. A number of documentaries are being made on the line, but it's not known if any are involved with some "official" money for inclusion on a future home video release or are being made for their own sake.

He's a squirter! The Mattel Masters of the Universe 200X Venom-Spitting Khan is awesome, because it's a toy. Don't get me wrong, the new one is nice, but this one has a fun squirt gun in his face plus a rocket-firing gun, so he's actually fun to play with and therefore 47% more awesome than the 2012 version. So read on, read our Star Wars one too, and come back soon for more!
On the Faces Book, Diamond Select Toys posted a really slick gallery of Vorin vs. Vik, the 2012 Comic-Con exclusives. To the left, you'll see a delightfully freakish mutation made from mixing the two figures' parts up which begs the question: "Will we get enough parts to cobble together some Wuzzles before 2013 ends?" Many scientists believe the answer may be "yes."

Oonga! The Kenner Bone Age Crag the Clubber is a goofy figure, but check out those accessories. Who knew Kenner could be so much fun? Aside from you, because you're smart? So read on, read our Star Wars one too, and come back soon for more!
LEGO Haunted House Awesome, Coming, Crucial To Your Future Happiness
I don't buy a lot of the super-high-end sets, but I see this new LEGO Monster Fighters Haunted House as an unquestionably necessary purchase! Not only is it boarded up and decaying, this 2,064-piece set has a pair of ghosts, a Frankenstein-esque butler, Dracula, Mrs. D, and a Zombie Chef.
LEGO says that this is the "this is the first ever official LEGO Haunted House. Featuring 3 floors of creepy creations and ghastly ghouls, the Haunted House includes details at every turn from the unexpected hidden staircase and attic gramophone to the spider webs and broken floorboards leaving no visitor safe." If this doesn't make you happy I don't know what will. It's over 15-inches high and due in September, just in time for you to also spend a few hundred bucks on Beast Saga. Get excited! Save your cash! It's gonna be a pricey Q4!
"Babel Rising lets you play as a God and use your powers to prevent humans from building the tower of Babel. Hurl bolts of lightning, cause massive earthquakes, or unleash gigantic floods upon the Babylonians. Face a wide range of challenging enemies and levels and use the motion controllers to get a unique feeling of power!"
Figure of the Day has updated once again! The daily feature on figures you might have but might not-- either way, here's what you've been missing! Spanning from the original Power of the Force series of 1995 to the latest of The Vintage Collection, it's almost like a history lesson!
Today we look at Starkiller, a great figure from the newest vintage wave. The amount of gear, the great sculpt, and the more or less normal articulation make this a worthwhile purchase, so we made a video of it. Go to Figure of the Day for the next update, with the latest installment in our ongoing series!
Something new every day-- unless it's old! Our exciting non-Star WarsFigure of the Day continues for you lucky people! Is there anything we won't cover in this column? Probably not!
This week's batch on the DSi Ware Shop: Devil Band - Rock the Underworld at 200 points. Metal! And 7 Wonders 2 for 800 points, which probably doesn't have enough about the hanging gardens of Babylon for my liking.
Also up for the Nintendo 3DS: Donkey Kong Jr., a $4.99 virtual console game from the NES in 3D! The 3DS also has Mad Doc McCree for $7.99, FMV and all.
Be sure to send in your questions for next week's thrilling update!

Newish! Transformers Bot Shots Mirage Figure is really cool, and lacks the rally marks of the original toy. But it's fun! I love these things. So read on, read our Star Wars one too, and come back soon for more!
Also, be sure to check out the video included in this review. As you may have noticed we're playing around with a new camera over here and we found out it has a cool, if low-res, slow motion feature. It seemed like a good idea to see how these guys spring open, so here you are!
Lots of personality! While Beast Saga seemed to be largely an update of the old Japanese toys we knew and loved as Battle Beasts, the article Beast Saga: More New Pictures from Tokyo Toy Show shows an expanded role for the guys. A turtle admiral? A whale warrior? An orca? The lineup just keeps looking better and better all the time! For those keeping track, the first toys are due in Japan in September and no known US release date is out there.
Hooray! A new update on OMFG is up on Kickstarter. Update #5: Survey Says... lets you know the scoop: "The OMFG GID are on their way to us from the factory. They are making the long boat trip now! We just sent out the survey request to begin gathering your addresses for shipping."
They're due in July, meaning it's going to be a pretty exciting season for all of us!

It's really coming! Sort of! He-Man.org has a feature on Masters of the Universe Office Supplies. These sorta high-end-ish collectibles include a Power Sword letter opener and a Castle Grayskull business card holder. They look superb and are due later this year for $20 and $35 respectively.
New to download this week: Tom Clancyšs Ghost Recon Future Soldier and Two Worlds II Velvet Game Of The Year Edition. They are $59.99 and $24.49 respectively.
New PSN games include Magic: The Gathering Duels Of The Planeswalkers 2013 for $9.99.

Play with friends or the AI, take on new encounters and opponents, and face up to three other players in the Planechase multiplayer format. We all saw this coming! Evangelion X Hello Kitty HJ Plush brings a hefty plushie mashing up the robot girl and the kitty girl into... well, this. You probably have at least one friend who just freaks out after you show this to them. Fear this person.
It's time for another month! 7/16 Sale: Spikor, Starman, Red Rocket & More shows what Matty Collector will be selling in a few weeks. The good/bad news? Just one Masters of the Universe figure. DC Universe Classics fans can look forward to Red Rocket and Starman, while Justice League collectors have a 3-pack with Batman, Superman, and Mongul.
Capcom Japan Doing Amazing Mega Man Soundtrack Collection
It's beautiful! Joystiq's headline of Mega Man soundtrack collection is 10 discs in an E-Tank, not available in the US really says it all, giving you all you need to know except for the price. This amazing collection has soundtracks from games 1-10 for about US$184, which is, frankly, not cheap. Konami did something similar for Castlevania, except it covered pretty much the entire series instead of just the good ones.
This week's WiiWare offering is Save the Furries, quite possibly the first game which should be labeled "it's not what it sounds like!" $10/1000 points is the entry fee for this one, which does not feature grown men humping one another in mascot costumes despite a name that more or less implies something along those lines.
The Virtual Console has Double Dragon 2, a $5 NES port from Aksys Games, because Acclaim is no longer a thing.
This week's batch on the DSi Ware Shop: Lola's Fruit Shop Sudoku at 200 points and Jewel Legends - Tree of Life at 500 points.
Also up for the Nintendo 3DS: Order Up!! and Slitherlink by Nikoli, $9.99 and $4.99 respectively. Slitherlink is a puzzle game made by some guy named Nikoli, so the name makes sense. Order Up! brings you all the fun of cooking without actually eating.
Be sure to send in your questions for next week's thrilling update!

Asian Transformers Legends Exclusives Hitting eBay
Now on eBay! Transformers Hoist, Bluestreak, Thundercracker, and Motorbreath are up for about $56 plus shipping. Hardly a bargain, but it's also the first real sale of these and the first look at the carded figures. If anyone has a line on a cheaper set, do let me know.
Surprise! Masters of the Universe #1 has been posted by DC Entertainment (DC Comics, let's be honest) and it features... Sir Laser-Lot. Color me somewhat surprised, but character inventor Geoff Johns is involved so it makes a fair amount of sense. It's $0.99 and my cheap self hasn't bought it because I can't get behind paying for digital media given ownership issues, but I digress. It certainly looks interesting.
Also, some lucky folks (like me) got our June Masters of the Universe Classics in the mail over the weekend. A full review of Horde Prime will be up this week, but you can see his unmasked head above if you're so inclined. He's actually pretty fun, all things considered, save for a teensy engineering issue in the cap. Snake Man-At-Arms is pretty swell and makes a nice 2002-era version of Duncan. If you follow me on Twitter you can see a picture and other worthless news I find interesting.
Something new every day-- unless it's old! Our exciting non-Star WarsFigure of the Day continues for you lucky people! Is there anything we won't cover in this column? Probably not!
White, not just bright! Transformers Bot Shots Autobot Ratchet Figure was an exciting release, sort of, until you realize he's kind of underpainted. So read on, read our Star Wars one too, and come back soon for more!

Enter, the head! The Mattel Masters of the Universe Classics Horde Prime has a secret, and it's his head. The figure's alternate head and helmet have been shown for months, but this particular noggin was kept secret until he shipped to fans. So how did it turn out? Read the review! So read on, read our Star Wars one too, and come back soon for more!

It's not yet scheduled for release, but he is making the rounds! A special feature called Kwinn from G.I. Joe is up at CardedHeroes.com giving us a look at an early sample (or I dare say completed figure) of the as-of-yet unreleased and unannounced figure. Is he a surprise convention item, a 2013 release, a promotional figure we haven't heard of yet? We don't know. But at least you can see him in their preview!
New to download this week: Order Up!!, Resident Evil Chronicles: HD, and The Amazing Spider-Man. Several Uncharted games were also posted. They are $14.99 up to $59.99.
New PSN games include Jeremy Mcgrath's Offroad for $9.99.
Also new: PS1 fans can download Disney's The Little Mermaid II for $5.99.

Jem is in particular notable, given that it's not Hasbro making it but rather Integrity Toys. Their official site confirms their involvement and these will be high-end dolls. Like over $100. All of the items are slightly more expensive than their retail counterparts, in the case of the G.I. Joe HISS Tank, significantly more so. It is $65.
General's Joes has the scoop! G.I. Joe Con 2012 Attendee Exclusives revealed shows numerous previously unannounced items and edition sizes. While photos aren't available yet, you can expect a stealth Cobra Paratrooper, Soviet Convoy Truck, and more of Destro's private army. It's not a bad selection-- but the edition sizes are tiny, most of which orbit 600.
"Episode two of a five-part series set in Robert Kirkmanšs award-winning universe. Three months after the events of episode one, starvation forces the group to seek food from strangers. In a world where the living can be more dangerous than the undead, this is a risky move, but youšll soon learn how far youšll go to survive. How will the choices you made in episode one affect your story? Purchase of this DLC requires The Walking Dead - Episode 1: A New Day." Also, Telltale sent along this video:

Nice! Your must-read article of the day (if you're going to San Diego) is Diamond Select Toys Announces Schedule of Events for SDCC 2012! In it, find out about signings, a build-your-own Minimates table, Battle Beasts signings, the Minimates panel time, and pretty much anything else you'd want to know about where you need to go for Diamond stuff at Comic-Con.
Also, a last-minute surprise: there will be ThunderCats Minimates! Or at least a few, it looks like Panthro, Jaga, Snarf, Lion-O, and Mumm-Ra so far. They are said to be ShopAFX exclusives.
Hot on the heels of the shuttered LEGO Universe MMO, the press release FUNCOM TO DEVELOP MASSIVELY MULTIPLAYER ONLINE GAME BASED ON LEGOŽ MINIFIGURES kinda says it all. Head firs this time, dive right in!"
